• You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel

Free Trials: If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

• Access to your store and services will end at the end of your current billing cycle

• Your store data will be retained for a limited time (typically 30 days) in case you wish to reactivate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms

• We are required by law or legal process

• We determine your actions create legal or security risks

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free

• That data loss will not occur

• That your store will achieve any specific business result

You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyStore Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

• Downtime or service disruptions

• Third-party service interruptions

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
